Over 20 million people in Bangladesh have been impacted by the severe monsoon conditions, which have gripped the country. The flash floods have left 1.2 million families stranded.
The impact of the floods has meant many families have been displaced, and left with no access to basic food, water and medical supplies. Their houses have been completely destroyed, leaving them in desperate need of support.
The floods have damaged infrastructure as well as livestock, and agriculture.

With our partners on the ground NFMF has been able to deliver emergency aid, The flash floods have affected the poorest the worst, and remote communities find themselves completely isolated with some districts and towns cut off due to roads being submerged in water. In Cox's Bazar home to over 1 million refugees over 1500 shelters have been damaged.
